Product Introduction

DPS-8AT Automatic  Sampling  Dissolution  System  consists  of a  8  cup dissolution  device  and  an  automatic  sampler.  Adopting  a  fully  automatic  control system to achieve integrated operations such as automatic dosing, dissolution, and sampling of drugs, achieving precise temperature control, precise sampling, automatic liquid replenishment, and automatic cleaning. This elevates conventional dissolution technology to the optimal level and is highly favored by users.

Technical features

1.  Compliance with regulatory requirements

The performance  of the  instrument  fully meets the requirements  of domestic  and foreign regulations and standards such as USP and ChP, and Guiding Principles for Mechanical Validation of Drug Dissolution Meters.

2.  Coaxial design using paddle/basket method

①Coaxial design of paddle and basket, the same host can switch between paddle method,  basket  method,  rotary  cylinder  method,  paddle  disc  method,  small  cup method, and immersion pool method;

②Add sealing rings at the coaxial connection to ensure a tighter connection and no looseness during long-term operation of the shaft.

③A common transmission system that can connect interchangeable rotating baskets, blades, and small paddles. After the initial positioning of the height, there is no need to   adjust   it   again,    and   switching   is    extremely   convenient.   Combined   with high-precision machining technology, it ensures that the swing of the shaft is ≤ ±0.2mm.

3.  Accurate temperature control

The instrument is equipped with handheld and fixed lifting high-precision electronic temperature measuring probes, which are flexible and convenient for monitoring the temperature of each dissolution cup medium. The temperature control accuracy is ≤ ± 0.5 ℃ .

4.  Automatic center positioning dissolution cup

①The   integrated   dissolution    cup   features    automatic   center positioning and orientation, automatic locking, and extremely high accuracy to minimize positional variability while improving uniformity.

②Change in centrality of the dissolution cup after unloading 1000 times ≤ 0.3mm.

5.  Automatic lifting system

①The automatic lifting platform keeps the machine head in a horizontal state for a long time, ensuring that the verticality and coaxiality of the dissolution meter shaft remain unchanged for a long time.

②Patented  design  ensures  continuous  and  stable  drug  dissolution  experiments, reducing the risk of drug dissolution differences caused by changes in instrument mechanical properties.

③The top of the dissolution meter's rotating  shaft is fixed with a double bearing design,  ensuring  that  the  shaft  is  always  in  a  vertical  and  coaxial  state  during long-term operation, ensuring the stability of the experiment, and achieving the best coaxiality level in the industry.

6.  Automatic synchronous dosing device

①The integrated  automatic dosing and anti evaporation cover device  can  achieve automatic and manual synchronized dosing of tablets, capsules, granules.

②The design of a quick detachable doser allows for the complete cleaning of the doser in just 30 seconds, avoiding drug residue.

7.  Online secondary filter

①Manual or automatic filter replacement, excellent flow path design allows the filter to fully adsorb.

②It Can be paired with an automatic membrane changer, making filter replacement more convenient.

③Sampling to liquid vials, efficient and time-saving.

④It can be connected to a commercially available 0.45um filter, and the sample can be used for HPLC without further filtration during sampling.

8.  Precision Mechanical Verification System

①The   Shuoboda   260-DS   mechanical   certification   system   consists   of   various mathematical   detection   instruments   that   have   passed   third-party   metrological verification, combined with Huarong Instrument 260-DS workstation software.

②The 260-DS mechanical certification system can bring higher analytical accuracy and  efficiency to  customers. At  the  same  time,  customers  can  freely  increase  the frequency of certification to achieve higher integrity.

③The 260-DS mechanical certification system is compatible with all open dissolution meters,  including  convenient  fixing  clips  and  adjustment  capabilities  for  different specifications of dissolution cups.

④After  installation,  the  data  of  the  detection  instrument  will  be  transmitted  in real-time to the computer version of the 260-DS workstation software using Bluetooth communication.  The  quantitative  values  of  each  parameter  will  be  recorded  and displayed in real-time through the software.

⑤We can Provide 3Q verification services (IQ, OQ, PQ).

9.  User Management System

①It can store all records and experimental reports；

②At  least  three  levels  of  permissions  can  be  assigned: administrator, supervisor, and operator；

③It can preset 1000 login accounts；

④It can establish user groups and set member permissions；

⑤Customers can customize role permissions based on their own risk assessment；

⑥It  can  connect  to  enterprise  servers  and  synchronize  enterprise  office  domain accounts.

10.Audit tracking function

①Login records, operation records, experimental records, and   system    exception   reports    automatically   generate accurate and consistent electronic data. All electronic data is protected and cannot be edited or deleted；

②The   data   storage   capacity   is   large   and   can    store approximately 25000 experimental data；

③Real time backup can be done through a USB drive or connected to an enterprise server, and all records and experimental reports can be viewed and printed remotely by logging into the enterprise server.

11. Paperless report management

The  instrument  can  be  connected  to  a  network  printer,  stored  locally  on  the instrument, on a USB drive, on an enterprise server, etc. Search and print according to experimental requirements.
