Product Introduction

Tap density is an important indicator of powder quality. The measurement of tap density is to put a certain amount of powder into a container and vibrate it under certain conditions until the volume of the powder in the container no longer decreases. The volume of the powder is read out, and the weight of the powder divided by the volume is the tap density of the powder.

DT-12A (single cylinder)/DT-12B (double cylinder)/DT-12C (three cylinder) series powder tap density tester is a new type of powder tap density instrument independently developed and manufactured by Shuoboda in accordance with the national standard GB/T 5162-2021 and in reference to the USP standard of the United States Pharmacopoeia, with independent intellectual property rights. The amplitude is 3mm, the number of tests is 0-9999 times, and the frequency is adjustable. The instrument consists of a microcomputer timer, an adjustable speed motor, a stainless steel guide workpiece, etc. The structure is firm and reasonable and easy to operate.
