Product Introduction

LPA-198 Nano Laser Particle Size Analyzer has fully sealed metal shell has good electromagnetic shielding and anti-interference performance. The optoelectronics, sample cell, circulation system, etc. are set inside the instrument, and the parameters such as the number of channels and delay time are automatically selected to achieve the highest test accuracy and repeatability. It only takes 2 to 5 minutes to measure each sample, and the test is fully automatic and continuous under computer control. It also has dynamic optical concentration test function and static optical molecular weight detection function, which can quickly and qualitatively test the concentration of the solution.

Instrument advantages

1. Rapidly test the mass concentration and relative concentration of nano samples, and directly test the sample temperature in real time.

 

2. Automatically determine parameters such as the number of channels and delay time during the test, automatically select the gain (10 levels of concentration are automatically optional), and quickly analyze the particle size distribution and average particle size of polydisperse and monodisperse particles.

 

3. Static injection method: It adopts a unique 2.5 mL thin slit sample cell, which is very suitable for detecting precious samples. Because the light source and signal pass through a short distance in the solution, the test accuracy and repeatability are higher.

 

4. Dynamic injection method: The dispersed circulation injection cell with a volume of 500mL automatically disperses and circulates after adding the sample, automatically tests and cleans, and is simple and convenient to operate. It is especially suitable for testing a large number of samples at the production site.

 

Software

1. There are two test modes, monodisperse and polydisperse, which can be selected at will.

 

2. The test time is 2 to 5 minutes, and it can be tested once or multiple times continuously.

 

3. The analysis software is compatible with Windows XP/Win7/Win10 systems.

 

4. Tables and graphs of 108-grade particle sizes, volume distribution and number distribution modes. Provides data such as cumulative distribution, frequency distribution, cumulative 10%, 50%, 90%, 97%, average particle size and specific surface area to fully characterize the particle size characteristics of the sample.

 

5. The software operation interface can be selected in Chinese or English as needed, and the output results can be printed directly or converted to PDF and text files for storage.
