Product Introduction

LPA-178D dry method fully automatic laser particle size analyzer is equipped with three major parts: main machine, auxiliary machine (auxiliary machine built-in dust collector, waste storage tank, air purification filter tank), and silent oil-free air compressor. The metal shell is fully sealed and has good electromagnetic shielding performance.

 

In the field of powder particle size testing, magnetic materials, lithium carbonate, pharmaceutical powder, cement, chemical and other powders that are not suitable for water (wet method) testing, in order to obtain accurate test results, a particle size tester with gas as the dispersion medium is generally used.

 

Based on GB/T19077-2016 / ISO13320 and other standards, Mie scattering and diffraction principles, and a combination of Shuoboda Company's multiple patented technologies, it fully detects the subtle differences in each particle size detail, improves the optical system through multiple detectors, broadens the full-scale measurement range, and ensures good repeatability, stability and high resolution of test data.

 

During the test, the auxiliary machine and the main machine work closely together. The powder is evenly sucked into the spray gun for continuous automatic spraying during the movement of the silo. After the test, the working bin is automatically cleaned, the working bin is automatically opened/closed, and the waste is automatically collected into the auxiliary machine cabinet, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. The test process is fully automatic under computer control with a high degree of intelligence. The test speed is fast, and each sample is tested within 1 minute. The results are automatically recorded and saved by the computer, which is convenient to print.

Efficient dry sampling system

The sampling inlet is directly integrated with the spray gun, with a short transmission distance. The sample loading volume is quickly and continuously dispersed and sprayed automatically during the sample chamber movement without stratification. No attachment, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the test.

 

Advanced optical system

1. Adopting the inverted Fourier optical system, there is no stray light generated by the optical mirror, no optical defects such as spherical aberration and coma, and the large-angle scattered light is not limited by the lens aperture, achieving high test resolution.

2. 128-level multi-element detector to complete the reception of forward, side and backscattered signals. Each level of background light is independently compensated, high-speed acquisition signal amplification, and dynamic response is sensitive and fast.

3. Imported semiconductor laser, dual light source test resolution is higher, the main light source wavelength is 650nm, 30mw, and the life is >70000h. The auxiliary light source wavelength is 405nm, 20mw. The auxiliary light source enhances the resolution of the small particle size range.

4. High rigidity optical structure, stable optical path, strong vibration resistance, suitable parameters for optical, mechanical and electrical settings, no adjustment is required during the use of the instrument. Ensure long-term stability and good repeatability of the instrument.

 

Multifunctional analysis software

 

1. One-click interchange of Chinese and English operating systems, clear software interface and simple operation.

2. Report output has three formats to choose from: free distribution, normal distribution and RR distribution. The content includes cumulative particle size distribution data and curve chart, typical particle size values D3, D10, D25, D50, D75, D90, D97, volume average particle size, area average particle size, etc.

 

3. Test data can be viewed online, printed, or converted to PDF format for storage.

4. RS232 and USB standard serial data transmission methods are adopted.

5. The analysis software is compatible with Windows XP/Win7/Win10 systems.
