Product Introduction
LPA-177WA is a high-performance wet-method fully automatic laser particle size distribution analyzer. The instrument has a built-in camera system, which can test the particle morphology of the sample in real time and intuitively. According to GB/T19077-2016 ISO13320 and other standards, it is designed based on the Mie scattering and diffraction principles, and the unconstrained free distribution mode is calculated to fully detect the subtle differences in the details of each particle level. The advanced red and blue dual light source optical system and the 128-level multi-detector three-dimensional detection system realize the reception of scattered signals in the full angle range and expand the test range.
The instrument adopts a fully sealed metal shell and a multi-system integrated design. It has the advantages of strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, wide range, good repeatability, high precision, high degree of automation, and fast test speed. 1. Advanced optical system
The inverted Fourier optical system greatly reduces the stray light generated by multiple reflections between the sample cell and the optical mirror. The large-angle scattered light is not limited by the lens aperture, which effectively improves the test resolution and ensures the accuracy of the test data.
Imported semiconductor laser, dual light source test resolution is higher, the main light source wavelength is 650nm, 30mw, and the life is >70000h. The auxiliary light source wavelength is 405nm, 20mw. The auxiliary light source can improve the resolution of the small particle size range.
The elastically supported high-rigidity optical structure and stable optical path ensure that the instrument is in a stable state for a long time.
The sample detection cell is made of high-quality optical glass with high optical precision gluing to ensure the highest optical precision and mechanical strength, and long service life.
128-level multi-element detector completes the reception of forward, side and backward scattered signals. The scattered signal detection is fine and the detection resolution is high. The detector background light is independently compensated at each level to achieve the highest gain, the signal is collected and amplified at high speed, and the resolution is high. The dynamic response is sensitive and fast, and the optical path center self-check is completed at the same time.
2. Efficient circulation sampling system
Integrated design, no need to disassemble
The appearance of the instrument is mechanical and electrical integrated design, and the circulation sampling system is inside the instrument. You only need to add samples to the sample cell to automatically complete the test. The large-diameter ultrasonic dispersion cell and the stirrer mix evenly and quickly, so that the sample is fully dispersed and the bubbles are discharged quickly. The peristaltic pump circulates for short distances to avoid sample stratification. All peristaltic pump pipelines are of equal cross-section, equal flow rate, no centrifugal negative pressure area, little pollution to the sample, easy to clean, and ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the instrument test.
Perfect preparation system
It has intelligent functions such as automatic water absorption, automatic centering, automatic testing, automatic cleaning, and ultrasonic anti-dry burning. The unique fully automatic sample mechanical stirring motor device can fully disperse the sample while reducing bubbles and liquid splashing, ensuring stable and reliable test results.
Stable dispersion system
The standard sample cell with a volume of 500ml is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable and corrosion-resistant. Built-in automatic water suction pump, automatic water inlet without manual operation, water level detector installed above the sample cell, the solenoid valve automatically closes when the water level reaches the specified height, ensuring the accuracy of each test medium. Because dispersion and circulation are completely independent, the cycle test time is short, reducing the sample's adhesion contamination and wear on the optical test dish, and improving the service life.
3. Multifunctional analysis software
One-key interchange of Chinese and English operating systems, clear software interface, and simple operation.
Report output has three formats: free distribution, normal distribution, and RR distribution. The content includes cumulative particle size distribution data and curves, interval particle size distribution data and histograms, typical particle size values such as D3, D10, D25, D50, D75, D84, D90, D97, volume average particle size, area average particle size, specific surface area and other data.
Test data can be viewed online, printed, or converted to PDF format for storage.
RS232 and USB standard serial data transmission methods are adopted.
The analysis software is compatible with Windows XP/Win7/Win10 systems.
