SPD-L1500 Low temperature spray dryer is a machine specially developed for heat-sensitive and high-temperature-intolerant materials. This machine uses the principle of air saturation humidity and dew point difference technology to allow dry air to carry more water, thereby achieving the drying and forming of liquid materials under normal pressure and low temperature environment (minimum 35°C). It ensures the original activity of the material, improves the drying and forming effect and collection rate of the material, and can also achieve scale-up production. It is widely used in biomedicine, food and beverage, plant extracts, chemical materials and other industries.
Color LCD touch screen parameter display: inlet temperature/outlet temperature/peristaltic pump speed/air volume/needle frequency.
Fully automatic control: one-button start-up, after setting the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the peristaltic pump starts, the touch screen displays, and the operation process is clearly displayed.
Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (needle), when the nozzle is blocked, it will automatically clear, and the frequency of the needle can be automatically adjusted.
Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, just press the stop button, the machine will stop running immediately except the fan, to ensure that the equipment will not cause the heating part to burn out due to misoperation (forced shutdown of the fan).
The spray, drying and collection systems are made of 304/316L stainless steel materials, so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment.
Oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the spray powder is normally distributed, the fluidity is very good, and the noise is very low, less than 60db.
The atomization structure of the two-fluid spray, the whole machine is made of stainless steel materials, the design is compact, and no auxiliary equipment is required.
The temperature control design adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology to ensure accurate temperature control in the entire temperature zone, with a heating temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.
High efficiency and energy saving: The equipment adopts a dry air system with an inlet air temperature between 35-100 degrees, which can achieve efficient drying effect at a lower temperature of 35 degrees, thereby greatly reducing energy consumption.
