Product introduction

USP-1901A Double beam UV-visible spectrophotometer is used for basic absorbance measurement, quantitative and qualitative analysis, DNA and kinetic analysis, etc.


Instrument features

 Adopt low stray light and high-resolution optical path structure monochromator, which has good stability, reproducibility and accurate measurement readings.

 The variable slits can be set to 0.1/0.2/0.5/2/4/5nm to meet the requirements of different analytical test items for monochromatic bandwidth.

 Adopt the latest microprocessor technology, with control functions such as automatic setting of 0%T and 100%T, various methods concentration calculation and data processing functions, and also has special functions to prevent user operation errors, so you can use it without worries.


Instrument Interfaces

Time scan - kinetic measurement is also called time measurement. The user can measure the absorbance or transmittance of the sample solution at intervals (scanning intervals) within a certain scanning time range according to the sample set wavelength point, and can also convert the absorbance into concentration by inputting the concentration factor.

You can set a single wavelength absorbance or transmittance time scan to establish an absorbance (or transmittance)-time curve.
