DESCRIPTION

Vacuum freezing dryer is widely used in the medical, pharmaceutical, biological, chemical and food and other fields, SBD series is suitable for laboratory use or low-volume production to meet the requirements of most laboratories conventional lyophilization.

5. Specialized gas diversion technology, the cold trap captures ice uniformly and has strong ice capture ability; it can be used in conjunction with a concentrator to achieve the dual purposes of freeze-drying and concentration.

6. SECOP compressor, high efficiency, energy saving, long service life and low noise.

7. Industrial grade SH-HPSC-I controller, Songyuan Huaxing SBD-LAB freeze dryer special control system, intelligent record number generation curve, cold trap temperature, sample temperature, vacuum degree curve can be viewed individually or as a whole, and Data recording can be exported to U disk.

8. LCD displays and records the cold trap temperature curve, sample temperature curve, and vacuum degree curve. The data can be exported through computer browsing, printing and various operations.

9. Complete maintenance and protection functions: delay protection, vacuum runaway protection, short circuit overload protection, maintenance reminder, fault display, etc., making the equipment safer to use.

10. The intelligent AI electric defrost SBD-10KCQ uses safe voltage and combines multi-dimensional fuzzy control technology to significantly improve defrosting efficiency.
