The TOC-600S Online Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer is capable of measuring TOC concentrations in water samples ranging from 0.1 µg/L to 1500.0 µg/L, delivering high sensitivity, precision, and excellent stability.
The TOC-600S Total Organic Carbon Analyzer uses a UV lamp to oxidize a slow-flowing water sample and determines the TOC value by measuring the change in conductivity before and after oxidation.
Driven by a peristaltic pump, the water sample enters the Teflon tubing, passes sequentially through a first electrode, a quartz spiral coil, and a second electrode, and is finally discharged via the waste line.
During analysis, conductivity values are acquired simultaneously from both sensors (G1 and G2). Organic matter in the sample generates CO2 under the action of dual UV lamps, causing the conductivity to rise. The total organic carbon content is then calculated based on the difference (G2 − G1).
