Product introduction
The CW-920 Total Organic Carbon Analyzer is an instrument used to measure the total organic carbon (TOC) concentration in water samples. It can detect TOC concentrations ranging from 0.1 µg/L to 20.0 mg/L, offering high sensitivity, accuracy, and excellent stability.
This TOC analyzer meets a wide range of customer needs. Its user-friendly software allows for quick and easy sample analysis, instrument calibration, and performance verification.
Application
Ø Deionized water samples, including water for injection and purified water
Ø Cleaning validation in the pharmaceutical industry
Ø Environmental water samples (tap water, surface water, etc.)
Ø Industrial water (cleaning water, cooling water, recycled water, etc.)
Ø Laboratory research
Working principle
The CW-900 Total Organic Carbon Analyzer utilizes ultraviolet radiation and a chemical oxidant (persulfate) to oxidize organic compounds, generating carbon dioxide (CO2). The analyzer measures the resulting CO2 using a sensitive, selective membrane-based conductivity detection technology. To determine TOC, the total inorganic carbon concentration (CO2, HCO3-, and CO32-) is first measured. Then, after oxidation of the organic compounds, the total carbon (TC) content in the sample is measured. The organic carbon concentration is calculated by subtracting the total inorganic carbon (TIC) concentration from the total carbon (TC) concentration; TIC is often referred to as inorganic carbon (IC). TOC = TC – IC

Software
1) It has an audit trail function and cannot be turned off.
2) All test results are saved and cannot be modified or deleted.
3) All operations are recorded (as long as the person entering has traces).
4) If the detection method is modified, the modified parameters will be recorded.
5) Data can be exported for backup to protect stored data for future calls.

Create a new user interface: Administrators can grant different permissions to other operators to ensure that personnel only have permissions equivalent to their job functions. |
|
|
Testing interface: The detection curve is visible in real time, which is more intuitive Automatic average calculation |

|
Curve fitting interface: Automatically fit curves, calculate formulas, and tie them to corresponding methods. You can also manually add records and fit curves. |
