Product introduction
The TOC-800E total organic carbon analyzer uses the high-temperature catalytic oxidation-NDIR detection principle to measure the total organic carbon concentration in water samples. It can detect water samples with TOC concentrations from 0.050ppm to 35000.0ppm. It has high sensitivity, accuracy and good stability.
TOC-800E total organic carbon analyzer is an instrument with simple structure. The main components are installed on the host computer. Before measurement, the instrument needs to connect the gas line and prepare reagents. The instrument is controlled by special software installed on an embedded microcomputer or an external computer to perform data processing such as measurement, calibration, and printing.

Working principle
The sample is fully burned and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by the high-performance oxidation catalyst in the combustion furnace. The water vapor is removed after being cooled by the condenser. The carbon dioxide is measured by a non-dispersive infrared detector (NDIR) to determine the total organic carbon in the sample. The content measured; the inorganic carbon in the sample is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by an acid reagent, and the water vapor is removed after being cooled by a condenser, and the carbon dioxide is measured with a non-dispersive infrared detector (NDIR), thereby determining the content of the total inorganic carbon TIC in the sample: Total organic carbon TOC=TC-TIC.

Technical advantages
1. The maximum temperature of the combustion furnace can reach 1300℃, which is much higher than 680℃, which greatly increases the oxidation efficiency, meets the detection requirements of almost all substances, and improves the detection accuracy and stability.
