Product Overview
The BD-D86-6536C Distillation Tester (Low Temperature) is designed and manufactured in accordance with National Standard GB/T6536 "Test Methods for Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products at Barometric Pressure" and ASTM D86. It is suitable for determining distillation characteristics of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, special boiling point solvents, naphtha, diesel oil, distillate, and similar petroleum products.
This low-temperature petroleum products distillation tester utilizes a single distillation system, making it an ideal solution for low-temperature petroleum distillation testing requirements.
Main Technical Features
- Electrical components are controlled by a dedicated control case
- Control case is constructed from cold rolled steel with an observation window and built-in furnace
- Electrical components are located in the lower section of the control case
- Furnace assembly consists of SiC furnace base, 1000W/220V heater, and SiC plate
- Furnace position can be adjusted via up/down knobs to align distillation flask with condensation tube opening
