Performance Profile
The DP-RD-2C drug melting point instrument utilizes pharmacopoeia-prescribed capillaries as sample tubes and liquid temperature transfer mode. With microcomputer-controlled heating programs, it delivers reliable operation, high temperature control precision, accurate measurement, excellent reproducibility, and user-friendly operation.
The design fully complies with melting point determination regulations in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China and meets requirements for melting point determination in United States, British, and Japanese Pharmacopoeias. Widely applicable in pharmaceutical production, chemical reagents, perfumes, dyes, and organic crystalline materials testing.
Melting point tester applicable standard: "People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia" 2015 edition. Each instrument undergoes comprehensive verification testing per State Bureau of Technical Supervision standards before leaving the factory.

Operating States
- Standby State: Preset temperature, select heating rate, observe measurement counts and data processing results including maximum, minimum, and average values for initial and final melting points
- Preparation State: Activates stirring and heating system to rapidly raise temperature to preset value with real-time display and audible completion alert
- Test State: Initiates sample testing with preset heating rate, records initial and final melting points with repeat recording capability
Advanced Data Processing: Automatically records and displays test counts, initial melting minimum and average values, and final melting minimum and average values. Performance indicators identical to DP-RD-3 model.
Printing Capability: DP-RD-2C includes a front paper change micro printer with comprehensive output including sample name, temperature scale, preset temperature, heating rate, measurement counts, melting point statistics, surveyor, and measurement date.
