Introduction

STA400 Vertical Furnace Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer launched by SHUOBODA that can measure TG/DSC at the same time. The instrument adopts an automatic lifting furnace structure design, which makes it more convenient to test samples. It is also equipped with a digital flowmeter that can automatically control the size of the gas. The software has been upgraded and the analysis is more accurate. The instrument can be connected to infrared and has more powerful functions.

STA400 Vertical Furnace Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer can detect two kinds of information, tg/dsc, at the same time, and can measure a wide range of information, including: thermal stability, redox, decomposition behavior, corrosion research, decomposition kinetics analysis, melt crystallization, solid phase transition, crystallinity, glass transition, etc.

Performance advantages:

1. The furnace body heating adopts double-row winding of precious metal platinum-rhodium alloy wire to reduce interference and be more resistant to high temperature.

2. The tray sensor is made of precious metal alloy wire and has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.

3. The power supply, circulating heat dissipation part and the host are separated to reduce the influence of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.

4. The host adopts an isolated heating furnace body to reduce the thermal influence of the chassis and the micro-thermal balance.

5. The furnace body adopts double insulation, which has better linearity; the furnace body is automatically lifted and lowered, which can quickly cool down; it has an exhaust outlet and can be used with infrared, etc.
